Danbee Aerospace is a highly focused supplier of after market
rotable and expendable aircraft parts to airline operations and maintenance organizations. A Certificate of Quality System Assessment was issued to Danbee Aerospace with that scope
in 2001 by the American Quality Assessors (AQA), a leading ANAB accredited registrar. To be ISO certified, companies must comply with established quality standards and
documented procedures. Danbee Aerospace is ISO 9001:2000 certified, and has also obtained certification for AS 9120, the aerospace industry quality management standard which
includes ISO 9001:2000 quality management system requirements and specifies additional requirements for a quality management system for the aerospace industry applicable to stockist distributors.
The Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 00-56A (FAA AC 00-56A) establishes a Voluntary Industry Distributor
Accreditation Program for civil aircraft parts distributors. According to the AC 00-56A, “...accreditation of a distributor’s quality
system... conveys an assurance that the parts a customer receives are of the quality stated, the appropriate documentation is
on file at the distributor’s place of business, and the distributor is able to maintain the quality system.” Danbee Aerospace, Inc. is listed in the Airline Suppliers Association database of companies who have been accredited under the guidelines of the FAA AC 00-56A.
